PLAYER PROFILE:
Tyler Biadasz is an offensive center for the Washington Commanders in the National Football League. Tyler attended Amherst high school in Wisconsin, where he actually excelled as a defensive lineman. He was named first-team All-State after his Junior and Senior seasons and also received the Tim Krumrie Award as Wisconsin's top defensive lineman as a Senior in 2014. After high school, Tyler stayed home and played for his hometown team, the Wisconsin Badgers. After redshirting his first year with the Badgers, Tyler became the starting center for the team in his second year, where he immediately made a huge impact. As a redshirt freshman, Tyler started all 14 games and was named a Freshman All-American and a 3rd-Team All-Big Ten Conference selection. Tyler continued to anchor the Badgers' offensive line during his sophomore and Junior seasons, where he didn't miss a game. His accomplishments continued during his Junior year, as he won the Rimington Award, given to the best collegiate center in the country. He was also named a first-team All-American in his Junior season. After his tremendous Junior season, Tyler decided to forgo his Senior season and declare for the 2020 NFL Draft. He ended up being selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 4th round. He would start 4 games as a Rookie for the Cowboys before moving into a starting role during his second season. Over the next two seasons, Tyler continued to be a mainstay along the Cowboys offensive line. After the 2023 season concluded, Tyler became a free agent and signed with the Washington Commanders. In his first season with the Commanders in 2024, Tyler has started every game at center and helped lead the Commanders to a strong season!
