CJ Ham Player Profile

CJ Ham is a fullback for the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League. CJ is a native of Minnesota and attended High School at Duluth Denfeld, where he starred in football and in track & field. He played both running back and linebacker in High School and was a multiple time All-State performer! Even though he was an excellent High School player, CJ wasn't recruited heavily, but did receive a full scholarship to Augustana University in South Dakota. CJ would go on to have a tremendous career at Augustana and recorded totals of 2,662 rushing yards, 949 receiving yards, & 35 total touchdowns! CJ also excelled at track & field in college, and was twice named an All-Conference honoree in the shotput during his collegiate career. In fact, he still holds the Augustana record for the indoor weight throw & the outdoor hammer throw! After graduating from Augustana, CJ went undrafted in 2016, but found his way onto his hometown team's 90-man roster, the Minnesota Vikings. He made the Vikings roster as a Rookie in 2016 and the rest is history! He would go on to become a tremendous part of the Minnesota Vikings as their fullback. CJ just completed his eighth year in the NFL with the Vikings and he's still an integral part of their team. In his NFL career, CJ has recorded 103 rushing yards, 77 receptions, 635 receiving yards, & 5 total touchdowns. He's also been named to the Pro Bowl twice (2019 & 2023).
