PLAYER PROFILE:

Alijah Vera-Tucker is an offensive lineman for the New York Jets in the National Football League. Vera-Tucker was the 14th overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft and the first guard taken in that year's draft. Vera-Tucker was a highly sought after recruit coming out of Bishop O’Dowd high school, where he became the highest recruited offensive lineman in the state of California. Vera-Tucker elected to attend college at the University of Southern California and was named a first-team All-Pac12 selection his senior year! Since his first day with the Jets, he has made a huge impact for the team, solidifying their offensive line.
