PLAYER PROFILE:

Rico Dowell is an NFL running back for the Dallas Cowboys. He played collegiately at the University of South Carolina. In his college career, he rushed for 2,167 yards and 16 Touchdowns in 39 games. He went undrafted during the 2020 NFL Draft, but found his way onto the Dallas Cowboys roster. He has become a valuable member of their special teams, returning four kickoffs for 152 yards, including a career long 68 yard return. Rico was a featured instructor for our 2021 camp.
